Digital delivery and eligibility
The Isle Cheats licenses use digital delivery after checkout. Because access begins immediately, refunds are limited to the cases below.
Submit refund requests within 24 hours of purchase with your order ID and reason.
When refunds may be approved
Duplicate charges, failed delivery despite confirmed payment, or technical activation failures verified by support may qualify for review.
Refund decisions are final. Chargebacks without contacting support first may revoke the license. See also Terms of Use.
How to request a refund
Email support@islecheat.com with subject "Refund Request", your order ID, purchase date, and issue summary — or use the Support page.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method when possible. Plan prices live on Store.
